Booked this room at the last
minute and was pleasantly surprised on my arrival. The room
was spotlessly clean, had all the necessary facilities and
although small (it was a single) very comfortable. I had
asked for and got a quiet room. The staff on the front desk
were polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend this
hotel to other people and will stay there again.

My friend and I had a
pleasant stay in a superb location and at a good price for
London! Breakfast each morning was fantastic and the people
at the reception desk were always friendly and helpful. I
would suggest that the paintwork in the room needs looking
at and also the air conditioning system made an awful noise
each time it was switched off - which made getting to sleep
very difficult... and for one of the nights the door to
outside was locked so there was no way of getting extra
ventilation. We got a good deal online as we booked last
minute but I would not pay the standard rate. I would like
to thank you and your staff for our stay.

Just to let you know that we
thoroughly enjoyed our stay at City Continental. It is a
lovely hotel and everyone is very friendly and helpful. We
will definitely use you again, if we ever come to London and
need to stay in that area. We would also recommend it to
anyone who is looking for accommodation in your area. Thanks

My stay at City Continental
Kensington London was very pleasant. All the crew was very
helpful and the room was very well cleaned. The only one
thing I may say is that it would be nice to have at least
some toothpaste and a disposable toothbrush in the room if
the guest has some problems with his luggage. My flight
company lost my luggage and in the first day at the hotel, I
had to go out to buy some things like that. No other
complaints at all! Thanks!

We stayed at your hotel for a
week during last week and have to say we were pleasantly
surprised by the hotel. It was a very good location, near
the tube station, the room was impeccably clean and well
serviced, the breakfast room was well presented and had a
reasonable choice. It was also very useful to be offered a
complimentary Wireless voucher. This was very handy to have.
Overall, we have been very happy with the value for money
and will be happy to be recommend you to other guests.

Our stay was excellent and we

It was a pleasure staying at
the hotel. Was nice to know that when I arrived I had been

The staff were polite &
courteous. The room was clean. The bed was comfy. Maybe a
lick of paint around the windows & edges of the room would
improve things ? The bathroom was clean, the shower worked
well. A bit more milk could have been provided to make a
decent cup of tea / coffee. (there were 2 sachets - this is
only enough for 1 cup of normal strength tea / coffee).
Otherwise, good value for the area and convenient location.
